Evoke Destin Hotel Miramar Beach, Miramar Beach

The hotel had spacious rooms accommodating my large family but lacked cleanliness upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful but dressed in worn-out attire. The location, though not on the beach, was central to events, and behind a strip center, offering a view of houses. The dining experience was exceptional, with the best food compared to other hotels.

Upon arrival, I noticed the rooms were not very soundproof and had some trash left over from a previous guest. They also did not look like the pictures provided and were not very clean when I checked in. However, the service, particularly the recommended eating place, made a difference in my stay. The location was not ideal due to being behind a strip center, but the staff kindly accommodated a room facing houses. The dining exceeded our expectations with a great variety, although it could improve by adding turkey bacon or sausage.

The hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated my large family, but they were a bit rundown and not as clean as expected. The service was friendly and attentive, although the appearance of one staff member was not up to standard. The location was excellent, but a bit tricky to find initially. The dining experience was great, especially with the option to make your own waffles. Overall, a mixed experience but with some highlights.
